As a quarterback at the University of Iowa, Drew Tate had the opportunity to play for the accomplished Kirk Ferentz and played so well in 2004 that he earned first team All Big Ten Honors . Drew is from Texas and was responsible for one of the greatest finished in college football history leading the Hawkeyes to a thrilling last second victory over LSU in the 2005 Capital One Bowl. After college, he headed north to Canada and had a long career in the CFL, winning a Grey Cup in 2014. He explains his 3 keys to success and tells me what playing quarterback has meant to him.
