Most people within the spiritual community describe her healing modality as "shadow work". This energetic healing helps to shift deep-rooted patterns, behaviors, past life connections, ancestral traumas, or traumas that occurred in this current life. Valerie is also a soul seer and actively clears hauntings from houses, land, or people. She takes an active role in supporting many practitioners in understanding how to use their gifts.
