  • Spilt Milk by Jellyfish Album Review
    May 18 2024

In this week's episode, Matt and Ryan explore the second and last studio album by Jellyfish called Split Milk. Jellyfish was an American rock band formed in 1989 and broke up only five years later. The group was known for its blend of power pop and 1960s classic rock. During their time, the group got critical acclaim and had a devout cult following. The music scene at the time (hair metal and grunge) prevented the group from really cracking through into the mainstream.

Join Matt and Ryan as they explore how Jellyfish embraces their influences to create truly unique songs in their own right. Matt talks about how he came across this band. Meanwhile, Ryan approaches this review as a brand-new listener to this group. Whether you know of Jellyfish or not, this episode will have something for everyone.
