I can’t always control what, when or if I get to eat a decent meal each day. That’s why I’ve taken that extra step of having a multivitamin, a meal shake, a protein shake or drinking a yogurt smoothie. It’s a comfort to know I’ll have energy from some source no matter what unexpected changes are in my day. I’m going to list easy steps I have used that might make you feel better and be happier. When you want to make a commitment to something like a healthier diet, it sounds complicated, it seems difficult. I think anything valuable requires a commitment and it’s never been easier to make healthy eating a way of life.
