    The wonderful Pippa Taylor Tarrant joins us in this episode to talk about her role as Exec Producer of the Chris Moyles breakfast show on Radio X, telling us how she started out in radio and how she gradually worked her way up from Unit Assistant to Greg James' producer at BBC Radio 1, before making the move over to commercial radio. We find out why the producer's attitude and behaviour can set the pace of a show, why it's important to create the right atmosphere and how she adjusted to commercial radio - and we also hear about some very stressful show stunts!


    Re: Producer is made by Mark Jeeves and Jenny Nelson who have worked in radio production for longer than they care to remember, yet still find themselves fascinated by it.
