Tom initially tried carnivore to combat his afternoon fatigue and brain fog. In the beginning, he ate mostly pork and chicken but found the lack of fat unsatisfying. Once he switched to fatty ribeye steaks, Tom found the diet much easier to stick with. He saw many benefits including steady energy, no afternoon crash, reduced hunger and cravings, better sleep, and improved gym performance. However, Tom did experience some initial irritability and dehydration as his body adjusted to running on fat instead of carbs. Overall, the carnivore diet helped Tom simplify his eating, free up mental energy, and feel consistently energetic during the day.
