This book became the template for how churches can go from small-time church to mega-church status. It’s also probably why you think leaving your church creative job means you’re giving up your calling. In today’s episode, I deconstruct the hype-culture around church work and the weight we’ve put on church jobs that’s causing a lot of creatives to feel guilt and shame when transitioning out of church work. \
