Excellent perspective to living a better life

Step 3 choose your mood- excellent. I strive to be happy and positive. My stumbling block is step 2 "NO" that bad word. You have given some new isights which will take a little practice to change my perspective. Also step 4 - the voices. In the past when I have in some instances when I said I dont care what others think; I had some success with the job or activity u was attempting. When I worried about what others think I failed to even attempt what I wanted. To put the responsibility on others for their thoughts and actions and take off of me, changes everthing. This will take practice but is a great starting place.

A thoughtful, uplifting podcast!

So enjoyed listening to this podcast! I was just searching for fiction and discovered this podcast, instead. Almost instantly, felt hopeful and reassured. I continued listening through all 7 steps that same afternoon. Domonique’s voice and narration are encouraging and inspiring. My perspective of myself and where I am at this point in my life began to shift as I listened. The idea of setting your intention for your day each day when you wake and reviewing at the end of each day was new to me, but is so calming and empowering.

ok

Not bad but some of the supposed stories from people who had done this sounded like awful stereotyped voice overs not authentic from their original source. it was so distracting and disturbing I couldn't get past it while listening to the rest.

Awesome Podcast!

In this ever increasingly crazy world it becomes more and more difficult to know what how to identify what is holding us back from rising to our full potential - professionally and personally. Dominique Bertolucci has provided a roadmap that everyone can benefit from in many more ways than they can imagine. She uses language and examples that speak to each and every listener that ensures, if you follow the steps, that your approach to every aspect of your life will be changed for the better.
I am so happy I found this podcast and cannot be more grateful to both Dominique for the content and Audible for providing space for it.
