A man functioning under a survival mindset is placing his spiritual, emotional, and physical health in harms way by camouflaging his disappointments and broken spirit. It isn't weakness to say, "I could use some help." 

The absence of discipline isn't why some men don't change for the better or remain in unhealthy cycles. Absence isn't the problem. Their degree of discipline is the problem. 

The ability to only say yes to what directly affects your expected conclusion is wise time management. The ability of knowing what to say yes to and when to say yes can keep you on deadlines and anxiety free. 

The responsibilities of a man may at times become fatiguing and that's when the separation of the men and the males is shown. A man diligently performs his duties and responsibilities will never go lacking in receiving rewards of honor. 

A father's apologies to his children increases their confidence in knowing that their voice and opinions also matter. It also is a display of emotional maturity for them to follow. 

Your decisiveness, indecisiveness, your activity, or absence of activity on today will be waiting to meet on tomorrow. We can only live in today but what's done or not done today will ripple into tomorrow and the tomorrows to follow. 

A man who is exceptional at what he does is a meticulous study of himself. He understands that the achievements of yesterday were good for yesterday. 

A man not making mistakes is a man who is not in pursuit of learning and evolving. Mistakes are not indicators of failure but of success.
