Jason Burns is an ultra runner from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He started this podcast so he could share all of the amazing stories from the Saskatchewan running community that he is so proud to be a part of.

    Marcel Macfarlane is a veterinarian and volunteer firefighter from Carnduff, Saskatchewan. He is also a very accomplished athlete and ultra runner. On this episode we talk about his many ultra running adventures both near and far. We talk about his Bighorn 100 Mile race in Wyoming in 2024 where with the help of friends, family and community he raised over 15,000 dollars for mental health support for the Carnduff Fire Department.

    Margie Brown is a triathlete and fitness instructor from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She took up the sport in her in late 40’s and credits the community around the sport for keeping her Interested and motivated to keep pushing her boundaries. She runs the YXE Slow AF run club in Saskatoon and is also heavily involved in the Saskatoon Triathlon Club where she helps with the Just -Tri It program, Bridge City Duathlon and the Living Sky Triathlon out at Pike Lake Provincial Park. We chat about all things running and triathlon and about a very scary health issue that she had to work through to get back doing the things that she loves.
