Former professional musician Gary Keating became self-employed straight out of school, building a chain of music shops in the South West. He won Young Businessman of the Year and became a multimillionaire at 25. In February 2016, Gary launched his ActionCOACH business, immediately opening an office with a coaching studio, hiring a personal assistant, and creating an environment ripe for growth. He now works just four days a week, enjoying a balance between retirement and full-time employment.
