    On the night of February 6, 2021, 26-year-old grad student Kevin Jiang left his fiancée's apartment in New Haven, CT. After he got into his car, another car crashed into it from behind. Upon getting out of his car to check on the man who hit him, Kevin was fatally shot by the driver. After the shooter got away, the case progressed from a potentially random crime to a manhunt for an armed and dangerous man.

    Melissa Lamesch was a 27-year-old mother to be. She was scheduled to be induced for childbirth in just two days. But it was in these final days of her pregnancy that she was murdered, and found dead in her burning house. Investigation into her death revealed that the house didn't just catch fire, and Melissa didn't even die as a result of the fire–she was killed and the fire was set after. Police soon discovered the man at the center of the heartless crimes, Melissa's ex partner and fellow EMT, Matthew Plote.

My favourite podcast creator!!

I started listening on youtube and when i am not at home i listen to these episodes. I love how she covers every aspect of the case as well as how she supports the victims families and survivors!! I also really love how she puts updates to each episode in the notes spot like if there has been any progress in the case which is awesome

can't stand the adds

you literally have 2 adds every 15 mins I can't stand that it's insanely unnecessary your story telling is good but I cant enjoy listening to you with constant adds no one else I listen to has as many adds as you do in an hour I hope all your brand deals money is worth putting out bad add filled content.
