  • How the Akashic Records Catalyze Your Life and Help You Come Back Home to Yourself
    Jan 19 2024

In this episode, we dive down a rabbit hole around the Akashic Records: what are they, what they allow for us, how they connect us with our soul knowing, and some personal experiences I've had through both having my records opened and having learned to sit in my own records.

There's so many juicy codes coming through in this episode, and I even share a poem that I wrote that in hindsight became this self-fulfilling prophecy in the best way.

Additionally, if you are interested in receiving a discounted Akashic Record reading, I am offering them 55% off to the next 7 individuals. If you are interested and are feeling the pull, I highly recommend booking yours now. To claim the discount, make sure to enter the code 'IACCESSMYWISDOM' at checkout.

  • Holding the Upper & Underworld at the Same time, Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation & Reiki Circle
    Jan 4 2024

This episode is a bit of a two-in-one. In it, we start by talking about the New Year and how the timing of it can very much contrast with the actual season of winter, which is more of an invitation for stillness, contemplation, death, and dying. We also talk about the importance of allowing ourselves to be with these emotions and the importance of holding nuance, especially when we are in deeply alchemical periods in our lives.

From there, I share the recording of my most recent Meditation & Reiki Circle where we talked and meditated on gratitude and appreciation. If you'd like to receive the Reiki energy from the meditation, set the intention to and say inwardly or aloud that you're open to receive.

Outside of that, my next Meditation & Reiki Circle for the month of January begins on January 8! We meet for 4 weeks and each week we’ll be exploring different energetic topics and how they play a role in our lives before meditating as a group, leaving space for a reiki transmission to close each session. If you'd like to sign up for this round, you can head here to do just that.

  • Reclaiming Creativity through Awareness, Navigating Your Inner Critic, and Releasing Perfectionism
    Dec 22 2023

During this episode, I give an overview of what creativity is and how that very energy is imbued into everything we do. We also talk about the inner critic and perfectionism and how these can inhibit creativity and what we can do to change our relationship to these archetypes and our inherited beliefs about creativity.

For those who may want to do some deeper reflection, some questions I ask during the episode are:

    1) Where in my body do I experience my inner critic?

    2) Where does this inner critic come from? Whose voice does this inner critic belong?

    3) What would it look or feel like to release this voice?

    4) What are my beliefs about creativity as a whole? Do these beliefs inhibit or enhance my creative ability and process?

For those interested, I am also offering a virtual Meditation & Reiki Circle for the month of January. We start January 8 and meet Mondays at 6 p.m. PST. If you'd like to join on this juicy energetic event, please visit my upcoming events page. Early bird pricing goes until January 2.
