Traduzione italiana del celebre romanzo fantastico di Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (meglio noto sotto lo pseudonimo di Lewis Carroll) fatta dal suo amico Teodorico Pietrocola. La traduzione di Pietrocola in un italiano ottocentesco garbato e ironico ci restituisce l’atmosfera originale di questa famosa storia che tutti conosciamo spesso però solo attraverso vari adattamenti letterari, teatrali o cinematografici.

Die Züge dieser Schachpartie werden zu Beginn des Buches präsentiert, die - mit einigen Ausnahmen - eine reguläre Partie darstellen. Ausnahmen sind: Weiß bewegt den König nicht aus einer Schach-Konstellation; anstelle der Regel, dass Weiß und Schwarz abwechselnd ziehen, tritt die, dass Alice, die in der Partie die Rolle des weißen Damenbauers eingenommen hat, abwechselnd mit einer der beiden Farben am Zuge ist.

Questa nuova edizione ampliata di Alice nel paese delle meraviglie reintegra alcune scene escluse dalla prima versione del 2017: in particolare vede tornare alla ribalta il personaggio della Duchessa; scene che al tempo abbiamo ritenuto essere un po' troppo "matte" per un pubblico piccino (consigliamo l'ascolto di questa versione dai 6 anni in poi).
