Some have been forced to leave their abuser by going into hiding. Others haven't been as lucky. These people that are left behind tell their heartbreaking stories of their losses and grief.

These are stories of those falsely accused of rape and/or sexual assault. 

False claims can hurt a person mentally and financially. False accusations can destroy lives. Shock, withdrawal, and panic are different stages of being falsely accused of rape. They may lose their sense of self-worth, their respect, their friends, their partner, and their freedom. They may experience high anxiety levels, severe depression, anxiety attacks, anger, be fearful, paranoid, suicidal, and PTSD. It is a horrible reality that people lie about being raped to get revenge or to hurt someone.

These are stories about women in abusive relationships. They tell us about what actually went on inside their homes. Some have survived by going into hiding, finding out our legal system doesn’t work, and others didn’t make it out alive. A few have been helped through the legal system. These stories are all too real for a lot of women, seeing them as their stories.

This is an issue that is rarely addressed. I wanted parents to hear from other parents going through similar things. You are not alone.

These are stories about junior high school and high school girls being sexually harassed, sexually assaulted, and raped. These girls were forced to live with the shame and the embarrassment. These girls had to deal with the aftereffects of mental, emotional, physical abuse caused by these boys. These boys were able to move forward, get married, and have families, while these girls had to find ways to deal with it and cope. Do the boys who committed these crimes ever think about what they did to someone's daughter while they look at their daughters?

This is a collection of stories based on abuse that happens between partners involved in same sex relationships. There doesn't seem to be much information about this topic. Same sex couples in abusive relationships are treated differently, when they need to be treated the same. Abuse is abuse no matter who the couples are. Some had to flee their abusers. Some had to go into hiding after fleeing their abuser. Some did not survive.  

In domestic abuse situations, some men try to explain why they felt they had to abuse. Some of the men realize and admit that it was their fault. They admit they need help. Others blame everyone else. These stories are the abusers' side. They are in no way glamorized. The abuser is never made to look like the victim. These men tell why they feel they abused their girlfriends and wives. Some realize they are to blame and seek help.

These are stories of people being falsely accused of domestic abuse for many sick and disturbing reasons. Everyone knows someone who has been falsely accused; a father, brother, son, relative, or a friend. 

Husband Abuse - This section is completely about men being abused by their mates. Most men can’t talk about it, let alone seek help if they are being abused. They are afraid of being ridiculed or looked upon as being weak. Most of these men have never raised a hand to their abuser. This is a side of abuse that is very rarely heard about.
