A Clan of Wolves

Ingrid is stranded in the winter forest, haunted by her mysterious past. Her only goal: survival. That is until she joins a wolf clan passing through. Over the course of their travels, Ingrid's past continues to chase her as the conflict between the witch houses and the wolf clans is revealed. Will Ingrid decide to aid the clan members that once held her captive, or will her past come in to ruin the future that she was slowly building? 

Souls are hunting, and Ingrid is struggling to accept her fate. After a failed attempt at killing the Overseer of the seventh witch house, Ingrid is waiting in sanctuary with the looming presence of a desperate bargain she made hanging overhead. Meanwhile, Cason is piecing together the resources of the clans while struggling with the guilt of his decisions. He is developing a new strategy in reclaiming their land, saving their people, and fulfilling an ancient prophecy foretelling peace between the shifters and witch houses.
