When it rains, it pours...and sometimes love finds you even when you can’t find yourself. Fate has given me a second chance at the happiness I once knew in the odd Southern town of Grimm Cove. But only if I can come to terms with some rather eye-opening revelations. Supernaturals are a real thing. I'm a witch. My high school sweetheart, who happens to be the Chief of Police in Grimm Cove, is my fated mate and a wolf-shifter. Ghosts exist and can be very nosy and meddlesome. Someone is murdering witches left and right.

A storm is brewing and so is a budding romance. I've been told I'm a force to be reckoned with. That I blow onto the scene like a tornado. I've stopped caring if that's a compliment or a dig. Now I just wear it like a badge of honor. So when life threw me a curveball and I ended up going from a cushy job in New York City to the tiny Southern town of Grimm Cove, I thought I was ready for anything. Ha! Not quite. You see, Grimm Cove is teeming with supernaturals. And since I've known they exist for a hot minute, I'm still in a state of total shock.

I can see and hear the dead. I can also talk to animals. As a natural-born witch and medium, I can do a lot of odd things. In most people's eyes, that makes me a loon. I like to think of it as being unique and eccentric. Plus, now that destiny has brought me back to the town I was born in, I'm not all that different from the supernatural residents of Grimm Cove. 

Detective Stratton Bright is a man with many secrets. He came to Grimm Cove on the hunt for monsters created by a madman. Not only is he a Fae who is duty bound by birth to protect those who cannot protect themselves, he’s got a personal stake in the matter. Now, after years with no leads, the monsters have resurfaced at the same time a new arrival comes to town—a woman Stratton finds himself oddly drawn to. Is it just a coincidence, or are the events related? And if so, what could the monsters possibly want with her?
