Night Threads

The world of Zelharri, where magic reigns supreme, begins a chaotic existence after the death of the Duke. To usurp the throne and prevent the Duke's son, Aletto, from taking his rightful place, the Duke's bother, Jadek, marries his widow and exercises enormous power of Zelharri. Fearing that all the good in Zelharri will be unraveled, Aletto and his sister, Lialla, summon allies to aid them. Four years after Aletto, the rightful duke of Zelharri, is restored to his throne, Lialla, the outcast duchess of Zelharri must use her secret powers of Hell-Light to determine her fate.

Searching for the source of Zero, a highly addictive drug that threatens Rhadaz society, Chris finds a lethal dose of the untreatable drug in his own veins and turns to Ariadne, a reluctant sword-master, for help.

Young Jennifer is forced to put all of her extraordinary gifts to the test when the land of Rhadaz faces its final battle against the forces of a mad emperor and the influences of death-worshiping outer worlds.
