The Pearl Saga

“Monterey” Jack Danvers is a teenaged pickpocket trying to go legit, in the forgotten town of Goodin Gulch, California. But plans for an honest life are abandoned when his old partner-in-crime, Mack Sutherland, comes calling with the score of a lifetime. Mack has a plan to reunite a widow with her property - a gold mine producing wealth unimaginable! The only problem: The mine is operated by the notorious, volatile swindler Cornelius Brown. Not sure if he is up to the task, Monterey joins the adventure unaware he will face shipwreck, kidnapping, and a mysterious pearl to guide him.

The Pearl Saga continues as a small-town private detective, Evan Gold, tries to solve a series of baffling murders while keeping his neck out of the noose! Evan is surrounded by a beautiful client, a sly grifter, and an ominous man dressed in black. Each of them crossing and double-crossing each other to gain possession of a mysterious, pearl-like stone with some strange properties...and nothing is what it seems!
