Brady Simmons is struggling. A texted marriage proposal feels like a lame attempt to salvage their fraying relationship. When her boyfriend Levi Duncan makes strides at being better, Brady tries to convince herself that the rough patch is behind them and they can move forward. She forces herself to forget about the man that captured her attention in Vegas - James Gilmore. When she catches Levi cheating again, she realizes she has to make a change.

Brady Simmons is doing well for herself after leaving her ex behind. Her gallery is successful and her paintings are selling, but she still longs for the one that got away, James Gilmore. An opportunity to work for a famous artist comes up, and Brady decides to take the leap. She goes to England, finding herself close to where James lives. They meet again and sparks fly like they never have before. 

Brady Simmons has found her groove in her new home in England. Her boyfriend, James Gilmore, is supportive of her following her dream to be a famous painter. When she gets a call that demands she go home to Miami to deal with a fire at her gallery, she has to leave James behind. She runs into her ex-boyfriend, Levi Duncan, who seems to be everywhere. She chalks it up to coincidence until there is another fire at her apartment. James is worried and insists she stay away from Levi. 

Brady Simmons has been through a lot, but life is good now that she's back in Wales. And with James. She's finally the "big show" at gallery shows and is giving it her all. When an opportunity for James to go on a short concert tour comes up, she encourages him to go. They'll spend time on their careers and then focus on each other.
