The female narrator sounds too old to be a 25 year old girl. It is painful at points listening to her. The male is ok. Well written book though. Just wish I had read it instead of listened to it.

“Charlottke’s” inflections are like nails on a chalkboard, the silly petulance with which she speaks is mind numbingly distracting. The story isn’t very engaging, I’m alnost at the end and I don’t think I’ll continue to the next book.

I personally am loving the story the kindness in a brutal world gives me happiness. I like the characters and can't wait to see where the story goes. The narrators are fantastic, I enjoy their voices. Its sad, steamy, funny and exciting!

This series is one of the best I've ever listened to. I'm not one to lean towards make believe/fantasy type stuff (demons, elves, etc), but this story really sucked me in. And the sex is *chefs kiss*
