Alan Eagle is an author and executive communications consultant, helping leaders and companies shape their stories and communicate with clarity. He spent 16 years at Google, partnering with executives to communicate the company’s story to clients, partners, employees, and the public. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School. Alan is the co-author of the books How Google Works, Trillion Dollar Coach, and Learned Excellence, and the author, all by himself, of seven letters-to-the-editor published in Sports Illustrated. He has never won the New Yorker Caption Contest. A Northern California native, Alan lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and golden retriever. Their four twentysomething children come by from time to time.
