Carol Vallone Mitchell, PH.D. cofounded Talent Strategy Partners, a talent management consulting firm, in 2001. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and others to identify and develop leaders who will build and nurture the right workplace culture and drive results. She received her doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania where she developed a behavioral profile of success for women leaders. Continuing her research as a practitioner, she developed the Women’s Leadership Blueprint™. With further research, she developed the Men's New Leadership Blueprint™, that describes the set of behaviors collaborative male leaders share. She uses this expertise and her twenty years of leadership development experience as a go-to speaker for companies and professional associations. Carol has written numerous articles for the Huffington Post and other publications including Fast Company, The Globe and Mail, Safari Books and Chief Learning Officer magazine. Sought out for her insights on leadership, she has appeared on various radio programs and has been featured on podcasts such as Be Brave @ Work, Simply Feedback, Women Taking the Lead, Blog Talk Radio and Moving Up the Ladder. Warm weather and swimming enthusiasts, Carol and her family are "honorary residents" of Hawaii, spending much of their time-off over the last 20 years in Kona.
