She is the founder of Cascade Hypnosis Center for Training & Services in Bellingham, WA, and the creator of the Reprogram Your Weight system of lasting weight loss without the struggle. Before becoming a hypnotist, Erika designed software for the high-tech industry. She worked in that field for over a decade when she realized how interested she was in the most powerful computing device available – the human mind. She combines her analytical expertise along with powerful hypnosis techniques to train some of the best hypnotists in the world with a modern, systematic, and heart-centered approach to hypnosis.
