She co-founded Tandemly after more than a decade as an executive coach and consultant, watching the same pattern repeat: a startup or small company finally reaches the growth it has been chasing, and its leaders discover that the skills that got them there are no longer sufficient. Everything they have spent years cultivating is still needed — and they are suddenly asked to show up in an entirely new way. That transition is her work.

Harte came to coaching from inside the kinds of businesses she now advises. She began her career in advertising at Team One, then followed a love of toys and games into marketing roles at Bandai America, Disney Interactive, and Activision. She ran a small skin care company, led marketing and new business at a boutique branding firm, and spent more than a decade as a partner at CultureSync, where she was instrumental in the development, editing, and marketing of Tribal Leadership and The Three Laws of Performance. She then co-founded Tandemly, a firm built on being in the trenches with its clients rather than advising from the outside and has since coached C-suite executives and senior leaders across technology, healthcare, beauty, education, construction, and the nonprofit sector.

She holds a BA in psychology and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, both from the University of Southern California, and her coaching certification comes from the Hudson Institute. She is an International Coach Federation PCC credentialed coach with advanced certification in the IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, Hogan Assessments, and the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Harte lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Dave, their two daughters, and two cats.
