Linny Kresch Jones, LPC, is a licensed therapist, business consultant, and entrepreneur who has built her career at the intersection of two worlds that turn out to be more connected than most people realize: the human mind and the hospitality industry. Based in Flagstaff, Arizona, she is the co-founder of Tandemly and Dwell Luxury Rentals, where she brings together clinical insight, startup experience, and practical leadership strategy to help teams grow with clarity, care, and vision.

Long before she was advising founders and leadership teams, Linny was building one herself. Growing Dwell Luxury Rentals from the ground up gave her a front-row seat to the real, everyday challenges of running a hospitality business — the pressure, the people problems, the moments that test a team's culture. Paired with her clinical training as a licensed professional counselor, that experience shaped the way she works today: less interested in one-size-fits-all leadership advice, more interested in what's actually happening beneath the surface of a team or business, and how to move it forward with both heart and strategy.
