Keil Hubert grew up in Kansas during the 70s and 80s, where he wanted to pursue two careers: soldier and writer. Keil joined the US Army as a combat medic when he turned 17. Over the next two and a half decades, he careened tumultuously through a series of full-time and part-time military and government assignments, worked as a systems integrator and troubleshooter for a multinational consulting company, built a Dot Com company, and racked up over eleven years as a unit commander in the National Guard. In 2012, UK-based Lyonsdown Ltd recruited Keil to 'blog for tBusiness Technology, their print publication that ships with the Sunday (UK) Telegraph. Two years later Keil had become BT's official American correspondent, had penned a dozen articles for the print side of the business, and presented at Lyonsdown's 2014 European Information Security Summit. Today, he 'blogs for Business Reporter and the TEISS.co.uk sites while working full time as the head of Security Awareness for a US financial company.
