I'm Susan Wilson, mother of one sweet kid , and resident of California! I am someone who never gave up and always fight to achieve best out of worst . After battling with obesity, and other chronic illnesses, head on for almost my whole life, I quickly realized that I needed to make a change in my way of life. I needed to get healthy for not only myself, but also for my kid and hubby, so I started soul searching, and researching on what I would need to do to undertake this new quest. The results were all related to tweaking the way I was interacting with food, and with a few simple changes I was able to drop close to 130 lbs in only 2 years. It was truly, and enlightening experience, and nothing makes me happier than sharing snippets of this new found knowledge with all the people that may find themselves in similar situations, or who have people in their leaves who are struggling in getting healthier. It was with this in mind that I started creating cookbooks and I am loving every minute of it! I am humbled, and grateful to achieved multiple Best Seller titles including ‘One Meal a Day ’ as it says to me that my books are achieving the initial intent of helping my readers become their best and healthier selves.
