Tim Bolduc, a dedicated public servant in Okaloosa County, serves as the City of Crestview’s City Manager. Beyond his role, he contributes as Treasurer of Hope City Community Church and an AETC Civic Leader for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin AFB. Graduating with honors from Troy University in Political Science and Public Administration, Tim is also a Florida State Certified Public Manager. Before public service, he owned a successful construction company and several small businesses. As the Founder of TBspeaks, he continues to operate a consultation business for organizational health. In 2024, Tim started SFC Enterprises with Jessica Leavins. SFC Enterprises is a business consulting company birthed from A Solution Focused Culture, a business fable the two coauthored to help businesses and local governments change organizational culture to one focused on solutions. Appointed as Crestview's inaugural City Manager in 2019, he prioritizes community engagement, providing leadership training to both public and private organizations, and cherishes family time with his wife, two daughters, and granddaughter Addie.
