Co-founder and CEO of Nordic Way Group Tomi Hilvo (born October 18, 1969) has, over his 20-year tenure as CEO, grown and led pioneering Nordic companies in several industries. Tomi has always been driven by a desire to be at the forefront of leadership. In addition to the Nordic countries, he has led international businesses in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, the United States, and the APAC region. Tomi has been at the helm of several industry-leading companies, including Management Events, which radically transformed the event business in Europe; the successfully disruptive media agency Toinen Helsinki; and the globally recognized collaboration platform Howspace, where he was responsible for global sales. Tomi is a regular panelist on Finnish Broadcasting Company's Morning TV. Tomi's diverse background includes teaching history and journalism at Fairmont Private School in Anaheim, California and spearheading the development and launch of Radio SuomiPop, a leading commercial radio station in Finland. Given extensive international experience, Tomi has a deep appreciation for how and why modern Nordic leadership stands out in the global competition for the best talent and customers. Besides driving growth at Nordic Way Group, Tomi is a headhunter and a sought-after angel investor. Tomi is a respected speaker and performer, praised for his presence, enthusiasm, and active engagement with the audience. The Nordic Way is Tomi's debut book, and Mika D.
