You can use a credit to purchase any audiobook regardless of price. We have an unmatched catalog from immersive long-form productions to exclusive Only from Audible content made in our studios and new Audible Originals. Current members receive credits as part of your membership benefits. You have up to one year after the issue date to use any credit you receive.
When you cancel your membership, your credits will be lost (regardless of expiration date) along with your other membership benefits.

Members of credit-earning plans can return titles within 365 days of purchase. For more information about returns, including steps to process returns online, visit our FAQ.
You can check also the status of your Audible charges and refunds by visiting the:

• Membership history page to check the status of membership charges
• Refund history page to check your refund status
You can cancel your membership online directly from our desktop site. Memberships cannot be cancelled from the mobile site or through the Audible app.
You can also cancel by following these steps:
- Go to Audible.ca and sign into your account.
- Hover your mouse over "Hi [Your Name]!" and click Account Details.
- From the "View membership details" section, click Cancel membership.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
After canceling, a confirmation message will appear and you'll also receive a confirmation email.
