It didn’t happen overnight, but the first read through of this book planted seeds in my mind. About a month later, it all finally came together. Amazing perspectives I havent heard elsewhere that really shift your perception about how cannabis causes the problems we think it helps with.

I have been smoking off and on for 17 years, daily for the last 5 - 7 years (when I had it lol) and usually smoked on average 28 grams/one ounce per 4-6 weeks.

I originally started to deal with clinical anxiety/depression c-ptsd but after extensive therapy and now being in a literally different place in my life, I no longer need to rely on it.

To be honest it now turned into an annoying habit that promised a great experience/relaxation/sleep but I ended up just wasting multiple weekends/evenings being stoned. The money I was spending was about $250-$300 per month ( not counting vapes/oils and edibles - I missed out on many a job because I would need about 6 months to even attempt to piss clean of THC)

Listen, I didn’t believe this would work and went in super skeptical. But you need to have an open mind and seriously be willing to be receptive to what is being said.

Some of it sounds pretty basic (I felt like duh, why don’t I think of that) and there is a lot of repetition however that’s how I internalize things - repetition repetition and more repetition - so that worked really well on me.

My result?
This has worked for me. I’m finally done with pot and my last bowl was a sweet goodbye instead of a tearful withdrawal as it has been in previous attempts to quit or cut down.

You may need to listen to it, put it away, think of what was said, then come back when you feel you are ready. Eventually it will just click.

I genuinely feel as if this book has saved my life. It took two times reading it and a rocky start to quitting, but I got there and it was 100% because of this method. If you’re on a similar path, there’s no harm in trying. Good luck

This book completely changed my perspective on marijuana. Spoiler alert: marijuana has no mental or physical health benefits and is actually harmful. This book aims to change your perspective on marijuana and addiction. You don't need marijuana to be happy and healthy. You can be free from addiction, and you don't need to be afraid of life without marijuana. Instead, look forward to it and enjoy your life as God intended. Marijuana only makes you mentally and physically ill and inhibits your ability to enjoy life. You have to believe this because it's true. I used to be a user for many years, and I'm excited to move forward without a marijuana addiction. In Quitting marijuana you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
