À propos de cet audio
Her name is Alias, and she is in big trouble.
She is a sell-sword, a warrior-for-hire, and an adventuress. She awoke with a series of twisting, magical blue sigils inscribed on her arms and no memory of where she got them.
Determined to learn the nature of the mysterious tattoo, Alias joins forces with an unlikely group of companions: the halfling bard, Ruskettle, the southern mage, Akabar, and the oddly silent lizard-man, Dragonbait. With their help, she discovers that the symbols hold the key to her very existence.
But those responsible for the sigils aren't keen on Alias's continued good health. And if the five evil masters find her first, she may discover all too soon their hideous secret.

Renegade dragon hunter Dorn hates dragons with a passion few can believe, let alone match. He has devoted his entire life - a life spent in the twisted body of a half-golem - to killing every dragon he can find. You might feel the same way if one of them had killed your entire family in front of your eyes, bitten you in half, and left you for dead. Killing one dragon at a time is hard enough, but when the irresistible impluse to slip into feral madness begins to overcome not one but every dragon all across Faern, civilization's only hope may lie in the last alliance Dorn and his fellow dragon hunters would ever accept.

When the goddess of magic was murdered, Elminster’s world shattered. Once the most powerful wizard in the world, immortal, beloved of the goddess of magic, and the bane of villainy, he is now a tired old man. He is powerful but mortal, and with all the enemies a man who makes a habit of saving the world tends to accumulate. To make matters worse, Elminster has needs - feeding powerful magic items to the Simbul, his lover, is the only thing that keeps her sane - but their increasingly risky collection leads his enemies right to him.

In ancient days, sorcerers sought to learn the One True Spell that would give them power over all the world and understanding of all magic.... The One True Spell was a woman, and her name was Mystra - and her kisses were wonderful. It is the time before Myth Drannor, when the Heartlands are home to barbarians, and wicked dragons rule the skies. In these ancient days, Elminster is but a shepherd boy, dreaming of adventure and heroics. When a dragon-riding magelord sweeps down upon him, though, the boy is thrust into a world of harsh realities, corrupt rulers, and evil sorcerers.

Un problème est survenu. Veuillez réessayer dans quelques minutes.
One of the earliest novels set in the Forgotten Realms, Azure Bonds is very faithful to the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (original/first edition) rules. Every spell exists in the Player's Handbook, the items are from the Dungeon Master's Guide, and the people, places, and deities are all from the original Forgotten Realms boxed set. There are Magic Users, Clerics and Fighters. What other novels have the Positive Material Plane and the Paraelemental plane? Favourites like Elminster make cameo appearances, too.
World aside, I love the heroes, despise the villains, and really enjoy the supporting cast. All of it is performed brilliantly.
I love this book as an audiobook and wholeheartedly recommend it!!
One of my favourite D&D novels!

She has so much internal thoughts that remind me of the poor writing of 50 shades of grey.
The main character gets amnesia, and feels so embarrassed and violated the whole time. Coming from someone with memory loss, it’s really not believable as how people would deal with a loss of memories.
We just learn to adapt and process info as we go.
So boring. Didnt finish.
