Marvelous book! Marvelous narration!
Everything about this book is great. The author makes jokes, yet is so knowledgeable and true to his readers. This book is wonderful for beginners. Most chapters are explanatory, then come the meditation sessions and there are about 3-4 sessions in the book. But you just have to take a seat or lay down and just listen to what he has to say and it'll change your life.

life Changing
I can’t say enough about how fantastic this audiobook is. It’s one I would highly recommend and I’ll be reading and listening to his others. It took me awhile to get used to his narration; now, I’m relaxed as soon as I hear it.

This book simply taught me to meditate
After years of thinking meditation was too difficult and I was never able to do more than a minute or two, I can happily say meditating is so easy!
He didn't just explain it, he leads you in meditation and tells you what's normal, what's not.
If you want to finally fight it out, this book helped me greatly and I hope it helps you too!
