Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work was introduced to me about 7 years ago in a past management course. When the pain becomes overwhelming I listen to the soon voice of Kabat-Zinn talk me through it. Has been a mainstay in my last ever since

Life Changing
Jon Kabat-Zinn has changed my life for the better simply through his words. This book has helped me tremendously with regards to my chronic pain and the advice and practices in this book have become a regular part of my day to day life. The fact that it's only about 2 hours long is great because it's straight forward and this way I'm able to listen to it over and over again with ease. I high recommend this book
