Love the series, but Netflix did this one better than the book. Colin is so toxic and cringe by the end!

Love the series, but…

I love the fact that Colin's character acknowledged the possible insecurities of a man; the weight that comes with being a Bridgerton, and the successes that surround him. It was hard to finish the story whenever he turns to a childish prick, which also felt repetitive.
I was looking forward to knowing what happens to Penelope's character, however, I think that the author could have made the great reveal to the society much more suspenseful. On the other hand, I loved how her character developed right from the beginning of the series up to the point that she wanted to speak out her truth. I think that that was the highlight of the whole story.

I honestly couldn’t hear anything it was. I had to like concentrate and sit there and push my AirPods into my ears in order to even hear what the storyteller was saying and then I switch to a different app and it was blasting loud huge music. I don’t know what it would take to make it louder, but I can barely hear it and that’s all of the Bridgerton ones all of them, barely audible.

What another Amazing story.
But of course, it would be... it is Colin and Penelope's story. With the added enjoyment of finding out who Lady Whistledown really is...
I was surprised that the Featheringtons didn't make more of an appearance.
