Great straightforward funny business book!
Loved it. The business was spot on (I could hear my father in some of the advice), the humour was hilarious and the telling was captivating! Serhant's acting chops shine! Real tips even for season sales people
Watching Million Dollar New York Listing gave me the thought of who is the better seller, Ryan or Fredrick? I am not a judge by all means but I have always thought they were both great in their own ways, hence, I bought both audibles. I will amid, I thought Fredrick book might be better at first so I bought that one and listened. After listening to both, I thoroughly enjoyed this Audible much much better. I have some selling background but nothing near the achievement to compare to either of these great agents. But I felt Ryan actually gave a great beginning to the end of his years of being in the real estate industry and a definitely bonus of his stories including Mr. X to better understand the process of making it big. He gave some real advice and the grind to get through to making it big. Achievements in any sales environment does vary according to many aspect but I thought this was well written and read by Ryan himself. 110% recommend this Audible!
