Take the time to read/listen to this book. I've read other books from the same author and the quality of the material just keeps increasing. If you are interested in progressing, learning what you are capable of, and heading to your goals and reaching them, this is an excellent "cheat code" in your pursuit.

As a wellness and performance coach I have taken what I was already applying to my own life and amplified it by 1000! There were so many connections made and gaps filled to enhance my understanding of HOW to take the necessary actions to enter a flow state more consistently and effectively. I can’t recommend this book enough for anyone who wants to become unstoppable and actually erase any limitations they perceive to exist- read this book and you will understand those limits were never real.
