Pretty much everything said here was common knowledge to me, but even then there were certain things I needed to be reminded of. Personally I would’ve preferred less repetitiveness and at some parts, information was contradicting. Overall, I enjoyed the listen and while I already knew these things, hopefully it can help others

He may be a professional Physcotherapist, and those points are all valid and within his means to share. That being said, his advice regarding food and nutrition is quite false and can be damaging to people without the ability to fact check with legitimate, peer reviewed, nutritional studies.

I would have left all the recipes and the three week plan to a pdf for people to use.
In general his nutritional info seems accurate but he wants people eating far more fruit than I think they should being fruit is largely sugar and his recommendations are to not eat sugar.
Probably should have partnered with a wholistic nutritionist for his nutritional suggestions.
