À propos de cet audio

This ain't your daddy's tower defense!

Popper, Jonah, Gretchen, and Alice are back! The Hobgoblin Riot: Dominion of Blades, Book 2. A LitRPG adventure.

Clusterf--k: clus·ter·f--k. Vulgar slang. Noun.

  1. A disastrously and utterly mishandled situation or undertaking.
  2. Popper’s scouting mission to Castellane.

It was supposed to be a simple scouting mission. In and out. No fighting. No new quests. Just me, my hippocorn, Alice, and a few hired mercenaries. We were going to tiptoe into the Spiral, get the info we needed, and leave. You know, the Spiral? That tower-defense run that protects the hobgoblin capital from invaders?

Easy, right? Nobody would even know we were there.

Yeah, so about that....

I love this series. But when is the next book coming out? Give Carl a smoke break and give us some more Jonah, Gretchen, and Popper!

Dinniman never fails to entertain

Loved the premise, and building of characters leading out of book one! I thought the dynamics between characters were great, as they face increasingly difficult challenges.

I am a great fan of Matt Dinniman's writing, from battlefield surgeon to dungeon crawler carl.

in many ways, this feels like a how Matt tackles conflicts in later parts of dungeon crawler carl. in parts, the primary setting of the book can feel like a slog to get through, but the payoff at the end is great. I believe he learned from how it feels narritively for large scale conflict in Dungeon Crawler Carl, the best notes carry on and play a ballad.

The same can be said for Operation Bounce House's narrative flow!

Andrea Parsneau pulls off a great performance! The character's voices were all well done, poppers voice extremely so! Took some getting used to in book 1, but once you do you'll find the humor in it.

Everything flows together to build the story in a way that makes me extremely excited for Dominion of blades book 3.

Very much worth the read if you enjoyed book 1

Great adventure, followup to book 1

The story is up to Dinniman's usual quality but not nearly as amusing as the Dungeon Crawler books. What really set my teeth on edge was the voice acting. The actor who voiced poppy was gawd awful, like a cross between a Chipmunk from Brooklyn and a Cuisinart, by the mid point I wanted to gouge my own ears out rather keep listening to her whiny Natalie's.

Not Exactly Carl is it?
