Exciting and Engaging
Phenomenal book! Science fiction that's realistic and smart, but still remains approachable. Wil Wheaton does a great job of narrating, his tone is perfect for the story - and especially for the main character!

Super Fun!
I can't believe how Andy Weir makes so much technical stuff trackable and even enjoyable. I think part of the secret is that it's told in first person narration with a strongly voiced and very personable character. And Wil Wheaton was great as usual. Very well done! I like Andy Weir. I very much enjoyed Artemis and The Martian. So looking forward to Project Hail Mary and much more from this author.

Great story but…
I feel that Wil Wheaton doesn’t have the comedic timing to pull off the sarcasm of all the characters. Ray Porter would’ve been a much better performer as his timing and delivery on Project Hail Mary was pitch perfect. Kind of ruined it for me as the jokes didn’t land whereas on the page probably would’ve translated much better.

Totally enthralling
Wil Wheaton's performance is outstanding. Didn't expect to be that into a space story, but I listen to it intently, and loved every minute of it. Great balance between drama and humour. I totally laughed out loud a few times. Thoroughly entertained.

Love this book
Loved the book, loved the movie, both differently for different reasons. Wil was amazing as a narrator putting all the feeling into all the characters and I really enjoyed that. He brought an already great book alive for me. Thank you!

Great from start to finish
If your new to audiobook, this is a great place to start. The performance of the reader is exceptional. Way better than my brain could ever be. Also, the book is structured around the protagonist thoughts in the form of log entries so it's quite easy to get into it and to understand what's going on. His perspective is very positive and uplifting and all of his intellectual abilities kinda makes you feel smarter by osmosis. The mathematical calculations can get a bit annoying if you plan on binge listening this one, but overall, I felt like it was a very good listen and one that I would recommend.
