Amazing just an amazing book on the subject.

I just wanted to know if I was doing the right thing, the right choices, on the right path.

Yeah you are going to hear swear more here than with Ozzy. Who knew. LOL

She is so much fun to listen to. She have so much knowledge to share.

I was listening to her while walking. I already did feel so liberated. What a wonderful feeling after so many years.

Sometimes you just need to hear good words from someone who knows what to do and how to do it.

Just to confirm that you are doing well actually. That you are really on track.

There are several well being levels mental, financial etc

But you need to have all of them to be whole.

I did go to several psychology therapist. But I did not have the answers that I wanted. I prefer her book and several other ones.

I will probably buy all the books that she did. Because this one is really great.

I would really recommend this book to anyone. It's priceless.

I am so grateful for finding this book. It makes you feel so good.

12 years of therapy and explaining my issues to therapists who never understood, this book covered it all, including all the diagnosis I have had by various therapists.
Childhood Trauma, a career in the military that reinforced all that trauma , Combat trauma and many many toxic relationships. This has helped me get out of the "slump" and now it is a weekly listen.
