In this episode, Preston and Henry sit down with John & Joe Graziano, President and Vice President of FFP Wealth Management. They discuss the importance of instilling culture into your business, the impact of hiring a wrong-fit teammate, and the role of mentors in a business.

This expansion stemmed from his concerns regarding the caliber of financial advice that his tax clients were receiving from other advisors. Joe developed an interest in financial services after his father's death at a young age emphasized the importance of financial planning. He joined John's firm 10 years ago and is a Certified Financial Planner, helping the company advise clients on billions of dollars in assets.
