Gavyn opens up about his health journey, kidney failure, and the surreal timing of his transplant, while Haley shares lessons learned from job loss, discomfort, and trusting that the universe really does clear what no longer fits.

It’s a send-off episode full of closure, hope, laughter, and honesty — a pause before the rebuild, and a reminder that even when you don’t know what’s next, you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Happy Holidays and Happy Thanksgiving to our beautiful listeners! This week, Haley and Gavyn gather around the proverbial Thanksgiving table for a cozy holiday episode. They take a trip down memory lane and revisit old episodes in a rebranded “Into It and Over It,” now appropriately titled “It’s Giving Thanks… or No Thanks.” They dive into everything they’re genuinely grateful for this year, along with the things that are… respectfully not invited to the feast.
