    We recently had the pleasure of meeting and recording Plamen and hearing his inspiring story of perseverance and determination. After abandoning a chemistry degree in his home country of Bulgaria, he decided to take a leap of faith and move to England with just a few words of English under his belt.

    Starting from humble beginnings in car valeting in Abergavenny, he worked tirelessly to improve his language skills and pursue his dream of higher education. With hard work and dedication, he earned a 2:1 degree in business studies from the University of Brighton and went on to establish his own successful web design company.

    Plamen's story is a testament to the power of determination and a reminder that anything is possible with hard work and a positive mindset. It was truly inspiring to hear his journey and we are grateful to have met such a great guy with a great story to tell.

    Chris Goodman is a successful entrepreneur, co-founder of the Focus Group, a telecommunications company, and the Focus Foundation charity. However, Chris also suffers from anxiety, which he has learned to manage over time through a variety of strategies and a strong support network.

    Managing anxiety is not always easy, but Chris has found some helpful ways to cope. One of his main strategies is exercise. He finds that running or cycling in the morning helps him to clear his mind and start the day on a positive note. He also practices mindfulness meditation, which helps him to focus on the present moment and calm his mind.

    Chris has also found that talking to others about his anxiety is helpful. He has a supportive partner who listens and understands, and he also has a close friend who has experienced similar issues with anxiety. Talking to these individuals, and other trusted friends and family members, helps Chris to feel less alone and to gain perspective on his situation.

    Another key strategy for Chris is to prioritize self-care. He takes time to do things he enjoys, such as playing music or spending time with his family, and he tries to avoid overworking himself or taking on too much responsibility. He recognizes that self-care is essential for managing his anxiety and maintaining his overall well-being.

    For anyone else who suffers from anxiety, Chris recommends finding a supportive network of people to talk to, practicing self-care, and seeking professional help if needed. He also advises taking things one day at a time and not being too hard on oneself. With time, patience, and persistence, it is possible to manage anxiety and live a fulfilling life.
