  • 321 | Wardrobe Series – Decluttering Skirts
    Dec 10 2025

    Hey Guys,

If you've ever looked at a full closet and thought, "I still have nothing to wear," you're not alone. Your brain is working overtime every morning trying to sort through clothing that doesn't fit your life, your body, or your identity anymore. Today we're continuing the Wardrobe Series by focusing specifically on skirts, because this category often brings up more emotion than we expect.

This series is meant to guide you through the mindful practice of letting go. Think of it as a moving meditation where you keep coming back to yourself, your space, your power.

On December 13th, 14th, and 15th, I'm hosting a free live workshop where we're going to map out your decluttering plan for all of 2026. Over three days, I'll help you break each space into small, doable sessions so you don't burn out or quit halfway. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a simple written plan for your home for the entire year — month by month, room by room — so you're not "starting over" every January. If you want 2026 to be the year your home finally catches up with the life you're trying to live, this workshop is for you.

✨ Let's make 2026 the year your home finally feels good.

    Hey Guys,

Have too many pairs of pants in your closet? If they're too tight, too outdated, or tied to a version of you that doesn't exist anymore, your brain avoids them — which is why you might own a bunch but only put on one pair to actually get you through the day.

  • 316 | Wardrobe Series | Preparing to Declutter Your Tops (Wardrobe Series, Part 1)
    Dec 5 2025

    Hey Guys,

In this episode, you'll spend just ten minutes setting up your closet so tomorrow's decluttering session is fast, clean, and doable. No decisions today — only preparation.

    Wardrobe Decluttering Series Overview

This month we're decluttering your wardrobe in four simple categories so you never feel overwhelmed:

    1️⃣ Tops
Everything worn from your neck to your waist
    • Hanging vs. folded
    • Long-sleeve vs. short-sleeve
    • Goal: Build a foundation you actually love to wear

    2️⃣ Bottoms
Anything worn from your waist down
    • Jeans, pants, leggings, skirts, shorts
    • Clear out anything that no longer fits your life or body

    3️⃣ One-Piece Outfits
All the items that stand alone
    • Dresses, jumpsuits, rompers
    • Keep only the pieces that make you feel confident

    4️⃣ Everything Else
The final layer of your wardrobe
    • Jackets, coats, shoes, undergarments, belts, tights, scarves, hats, accessories
    • Align these items with who you are today — not past or fantasy versions of you

    How This Series Works

    • One small category at a time
    • Clear, doable steps in every episode
    • Focused attention so you can actually finish each section

Why We Do It This Way

Because your wardrobe holds old identities — versions of you from the past or imaginary futures. Sorting by category gives your brain clarity so decision-making becomes logical instead of emotional.

When you can see what you really own, you can finally choose what supports the life you have now.

  • 315 | Wardrobe Series | What Does Your Wardrobe Represent?
    Dec 2 2025

    Hey Guys,

In today's episode, we're kicking off the December Wardrobe Series with a direct look at why closets feel so overwhelming. It's not the clothes. It's the identity underneath the clothes, and the stories we've attached to them.

You'll hear why most people avoid decluttering their wardrobe — not because it's complicated, but because facing who you are right now is harder than letting go of who you used to be. We break down the truth about "one day" outfits, the emotional weight tucked into old tops and jeans, and how your wardrobe becomes a mirror of your self-worth.

We also talk about the foundational identity shift for the entire month:
You dress every day from the identity you believe you deserve. When you change the identity, the wardrobe follows.

This month is not about capsule closets, Pinterest organization, or style rules. It's about alignment. It's about dressing for the life you're actually living and the woman you're becoming.

    Today's action step:
Remove five items from your closet that do not represent the version of you that exists right now. Not the future you. Not the past you. Just the woman you are today.

It's a small step, but it starts the identity shift that will carry through the rest of the series.
