  • In this scripted comedy/sci-fi Audible Original, a quick-witted young blogger turned investigator, Cassie (Sophie McShera) travels to the sleepy English countryside, only to discover a paranormal threat beyond humanity’s worst nightmares. 

    Following a strange event, frustrated British paranormal researcher, Cassie Chambers is thrown together with uptight American, Glen Hedley (Adam James), an agent for a shady government organization. This mis-matched duo soon discover, not only do they have a mystery to uncover, but also they’re humanity’s only defense against malign ultra-terrestrials from a different dimension. With interfering locals, obstructive bosses and a fanatical cult getting in the way, and only Cassie’s best friend Amanda (Mandeep Dhillon) as reliable help, Cassie & Glen must figure out why this unique enemy is here and turn it back before it’s too late - for all of us.

Glad i tried

Got this for free and i liked it, got some humor, action, weird stuff, im having a hard time with paid book being boring and stubbling on this little gem made my day.

hilarious and well done!

a fantastic romp in the paeanormal. great if you love British comedy! snappy writing, well acted and top notch sound production. if you like X-Files when it's being funny and spooky at the same time you will love this audio drama.

High Strangeness is awesome!

Sophie McShera brings the main character, Cassie, to life! She is a very quirky odd ball, yet very relatable. If Amazon Prime doesn't turn this into a mini series, there is no God

It made me laugh and I couldn’t believe it lol

I didn’t have much too much expectation about this series in the beginning but because I was into UFO myself and found some resonance between me and the main character so I downloaded only one episode before I started to walk my dog... then... strangest thing, I loved it so much I even willing to use my data on downloading the next episode and finished the whole thing in one day... it was funnier than I thought it would be, the casts and BGM did an amazing job, the storyline is kinda predictable but I still enjoy it quiet a bit, so I’m going to listen to it again lol. Wish more people would find this gem soon! 100% Lovvvvve
