Shadows, Connection and Becoming The Vessel

In this episode I am messy and scattered and feeling all of the things.

Everything is heavy and everyone can feel it.

Now is the time for real alchemy. Real integration. Radical self honesty. Radical transformation.

Now is the time for connection in a world that tells you to disconnect and further divide yourself from others.

I share inspiration from some of the conversations I've had this week and how they have illuminated things for me in a way I wasn't expecting.

In this episode I go over the very beginning basics of understanding your energy and the energy around you. I know I may have gone over these things before, but I felt that with everything floating around there, I felt called to speak on it again.

I also talk about growth can sometimes change the energy in your relationship dynamics and it doesn't mean anything about you or the other person.

This is a simple episode and a bit messy.

I give you a couple things to think about. If you feel called start a conversation in the comments or feel free to reach out to me.

Don't dim your light.

Don't shrink to fit into the box society built for you.

We have seen society, and we are not here to fit in.

We are here to shake things up. To alchemize and to become.

I know things are challenging but I also know you're capable.

Be careful with your words as they are spells and be careful with your thoughts as they create your reality.

Sometimes the world feels unbearably heavy, and this is when we can alchemize. In this episode, I let my heart bleed a little as I reflect on the words of Samwise Gamgee from The Lord of the Rings:

“There’s some good in this world, and it’s worth fighting for.”

With tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat, I talk about why I wake up each day, why I choose to keep going, and how every one of us has a choice and we must decide how we want to show up in this world. We must decide the legacy we want to leave for those who come after us. We must choose to change.

We explore:

~Why change needs to start within us and how things change one choice at a time
~How I personally choose Inspired Perpetual Alchemy and how it is woven into daily action and intention
~Turning away distraction and hate and choosing instead connection with our fellow humans
~Alchemizing the heaviness of the world into purpose, presence, and hope

This is a heavy episode, but also one filled with fire. My soul burns. Because no matter how dark things get, there is still good in this world. And it’s worth alchemizing ourselves to protect it.

I know things feel heavy, but I have hope and I will continue to hold on to that each and every day. Not just for me, but for my daughter and for those around me. Even in the shadows, I choose to love.

You can't control the darkness, but you can choose to light a candle.

Every day you have a choice to feed the fear or fight for the light.

Remember that all the choices you make are alchemical.

You aren't alone.
