    TRIGGER WARNING

    Please always trust yourself.

This episode touches on a heavier experience, but it is shared through the lens of safety, embodiment, and regulation — not shock or detail.

If you choose to listen, you are invited to do so at your own pace. You are welcome to pause, skip sections, or come back another time. Nothing in this episode requires you to relive anything or go deeper than your body is ready for.

The intention of this conversation is to explore how the body holds and releases experiences, how nervous systems move through moments of shock or overwhelm, and how regulation can happen gently, over time, and without force.

This episode is for you if:

you want to understand your body’s responses with more compassion

you’ve ever felt confused by delayed emotional or physical reactions

you’re learning how to listen to your body instead of overriding it

you want reassurance that your pace is valid

There is no instruction here to “fix” yourself.
    No demand to heal faster.
No expectation that anything needs to happen while you listen.

This is an episode about trusting your body’s intelligence, honoring your own timing, and remembering that safety, support, and regulation are possible — even after something unsettling.

    Simply listening is enough.

    This is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

    With Love,

    Lizzie

  • Episode 69 Reclaiming Your Own Frequency.
    Jan 13 2026

    Send us a text

UPDATE: My friend reached out to re-explain the universe part of expansion. While I understood, my brain kind of sees things as they are in a constant state of expansion and contraction. While I understand the Universe is always expanding, according to the current scientific models, I explained it from my perspective. What I see is something like, what is in theory, the Big Bounce, which proposes many big bangs and big crunches. This makes the most sense to me personally because of how we expand and contract as energetic beings. If we are the universe experiencing itself, then it makes the most sense that if we are expanding and contracting, then the universe must be as well. I could absolutely be wrong and that is okay, but it is how I see things. That is the beauty of being human. What my friend was explaining is more of what science says is true which is the Big Bang happened and now there is constant expansion. I wanted to clarify for any science nerds out there as I love science. This time I mixed science, theory and metaphysics. I misquoted and wanted to clarify. As always, question everything and find your truth.

This episode started with me rambling, as always. Then it lead to me talking about my car stereo being reset to neutral — and turned into a reflection on how often we live our lives tuned to other people’s settings.

When everything was restored back to baseline, the music sounded completely different. Clearer. Truer. More mine. And it made me realize how often we try to copy how others live, create, or move through the world — instead of honoring our own frequency.

You weren’t meant to live your life on someone else’s settings.
Your frequency matters — and it sounds best when it’s yours.

    With love,

    Lizzie

  • Episode 68 This Is the Part Where You Stop Pretending You’re Not Expanding.
    Jan 7 2026

    Send us a text

This episode is about the kind of resistance you don’t recognize until it’s already loosening its grip.

I share how joining group coaching felt different this time—not because it wasn’t aligned, but because I was already at capacity. Emotionally. Energetically. Financially. And yet, something made it clear that this was still in my best and highest good.

    We talk about:

~the resistance that comes before expansion

~trusting your body when things are foggy

~saying yes even when it stretches you

~the difference between pushing and consenting

~and the collective intensity so many are feeling right now

    I’m scared—but not in a wrong way.
In the way that says: something is growing.
I didn't even realize this until after I said "Yes."

This episode is for anyone standing at the edge of expansion, learning to trust themselves and the timing of their life.

    You are safe.

    You aren't alone.

    This is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

    Keep going alchemists.

  • Episode 67 This Is How Change Actually Happens
    Jan 2 2026

    Send us a text

This episode is a reflection on what happens when you stop resisting and start moving — even in the smallest ways.

I share how going to the gym sparked inspiration for a new structure within Inspired Alchemy, how choosing embodiment over resistance creates momentum, and why real change doesn’t need to be loud or grand to matter.

    We talk about:

-What happens when you get sick of your own sh*t

-Being the change you want to see in the world

-How small actions (even a smile) create ripples

-How sharing your story can help someone feel less alone

-Noticing the subtle shifts that quietly transform everything

This episode is about alignment in motion — not perfection, not force, just presence and choice.

Because sometimes the smallest shifts are the ones that change everything.

  • Episode 66 Pause Here with me. Don’t Fix Anything.
    Dec 17 2025

    Send us a text

Polyvagal funsies and some Inspired Alchemy updates:

As we come upon the holidays, here is another invitation to pause.

If everything feels like it’s moving too fast…
If your mind can’t keep up…
If your body can't keep up...
If you feel stuck, scattered, or unable to find the right words —

    Nothing is wrong.

This episode is an invitation to pause and let your body catch up to the changes already in motion. When life is shifting rapidly, the nervous system needs space to integrate before clarity arrives.

Instead of analysis or answers, this episode offers a gentle, polyvagal-informed visualization to help regulate, ground, and return to center.

    You don’t need to push.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You don’t need to know what’s next yet.

Please sit with me and just lay it all down for a few minutes.

You deserve this time for yourself.

You are worthy of this pause.

All of this is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

    Lizzie

  • Episode 65 You Don't Get Bonus Points for Trying to Do It All Alone
    Dec 17 2025

*Whispers in a soft tone. "Stop trying to hold it all. You don't have to. Put it down."

We’ve been conditioned to believe that strength means silence…
    that independence means isolation…
that asking for help somehow subtracts from our worth.

    But here’s the truth:
You don’t get bonus points for carrying the entire world by yourself.

In this episode, we explore the alchemy of asking for help —
    why it feels so hard,
what it reveals in your shadow,
and how letting yourself be supported is actually part of your transformation.

Because even the strongest alchemists need a hand to hold the heat.
And sometimes the bravest thing you can do…
is let someone show up for you.

  • Episode 64 I Don’t Know What Happened…but Something Did
    Dec 3 2025

This episode is… messy. Like messy messy.
    Chaotic.
    Weird.
And I kind of just let it make its own way.

I talk about my trip through the Appalachian mountains — the hikes, the waterfalls, the strange encounters, the thorn that pricked my finger, and the moments that felt like reality glitched.

    Nothing was linear.
    Nothing made perfect sense.
But everything felt meaningful in a way I’m still processing.

Sometimes alchemy isn’t clean or poetic — sometimes it’s strange, blurry, and way out of order… just like life.

This episode is me trying to make sense of the things that didn’t make sense.

    Welcome to the weird side.

  • Episode 63 Your Seat at the Black Cathedral Holiday Table-You Aren't Alone
    Nov 25 2025

    Send us a text

Not everyone has somewhere to go for the holidays.
Not everyone feels held, seen, or welcomed this time of year.
And for many, the quiet becomes loud, the memories become heavy, and the loneliness sinks in deeper than usual.

    This episode is for them.
    For you.
For anyone whose heart aches a little harder during the season when the world expects joy.

Inside this special holiday message, I invite you into the warmth of Black Cathedral — a place where no one is left outside in the cold.
A place where there is always a seat at the table.
Where the candles glow softly, the air hums with belonging, and the energy of community wraps itself around you.

You are not broken for feeling how you feel.
    You are not invisible.
    You are not forgotten.
And you are never alone on this path — not in Black Cathedral, not in this community, and not in the alchemy of your becoming.

    Come sit at the table.
    There’s room for you here.

You are enough and loved just as you are.

    With love,

    Lizzie
