I talk about my trip through the Appalachian mountains — the hikes, the waterfalls, the strange encounters, the thorn that pricked my finger, and the moments that felt like reality glitched.

Nothing was linear.
Nothing made perfect sense.
But everything felt meaningful in a way I’m still processing.

Sometimes alchemy isn’t clean or poetic — sometimes it’s strange, blurry, and way out of order… just like life.

Society is broken and it doesn't get to choose who you are or how you live your life— and yet somehow we let it tell us who to be, how to live, and what our happiness is supposed to look like.
This episode is your reminder that choosing yourself is the real rebellion.
No more shrinking.

This is a very quick and messy video explaining a couple of changes coming until I can assess everything moving forward. I will continue with 1 episode per week until after the first of the year with possible bonus content.

As we grow, evolve and navigate life, pivots are necessary and so is change.

I am hoping to be less awkward on camera as I go forward. I don't edit things so, it will just be messy.

As you are aware, my life is burning to the ground, and I am slowly rebuilding from the rubble.

I am a mess. I will never lie about what I am growing through. I will never pretend everything is okay for the sake of image.

Alchemy is real and it is raw and if I lied about my journey, I wouldn't be helping anyone, not even myself.

I am raw, honest, and as open as I can without compromising my privacy.

To many, my growth and rebirth looks like insanity and it will probably continue to look insane to people. That is okay. I am not here for people everyone to understand. I am here for those ready to walk in the fire of Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

Alchemy looks like chaos before it looks like clarity.

This episode explores:

~why transformation feels like insanity,

~why chaos is part of the alchemical process,

~why people who aren’t doing the work will always misunderstand those who are.

~a couple of things you can do to help yourself through the process

Last night was heavy… and this morning, nature answered in a way I didn’t expect.

Sometimes the universe answers you through symbols — not words.

After a night of deep emotional heaviness, I woke to two messengers:
a crow that landed beside me as I asked, “Am I still in alignment?”
and a twig ant that stung me, returned a second time, and offered a lesson in grounded perseverance and compassion. I had the choice of how to react and I chose love and compassion, even for an ant.

In this episode, we explore:

The crow as an alchemist of shadow, intuition, truth, and confirmation

The twig ant as a symbol of groundedness, resilience, patience, and persistence

The moment we realize that all beings — even the smallest ones — have a right to exist as they are

The difference between reacting from pain and responding from presence

How nature mirrors what we need to see in ourselves

The crow brought validation.
The ant brought embodiment.

Together, they showed me that even in moments of uncertainty, chaos and pain, we are guided — not by logic, but by the language of the natural world, awareness and intuition.

“Alchemy is not escaping life. It is learning from everything life sends to you.”

As we move through messy layers, give yourself grace and understanding.

You are allowed to exist as you are and to take up space.

Be a rebel soul. Be consistent in Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.

Learn to surrender and trust (this is very challenging).

Love yourself. This is where alchemy starts and ripples out into the world.

Thank you for being patient with my messy.

My intention is to always show up and give you all I have, even if my all id different each time. Even messy and imperfect I show up.

This episode is for the days when nothing feels right.
When the energy is off.
When the inspiration isn’t there.
When there is lack of motivation.
When you don’t want to show up… but you know you need to.

Alchemy isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect feeling.

In this episode, like I mentioned in the last episode, we will explore the witch and the werewolf within.

I will then do my best to blend the witch, scientist and werewolf and explain as I myself process these ideas.

There werewolf is a newer idea for me, so this episode is messier then the last. While I have always been a magical and science minded, this new raw and primal werewolf is something I am working on and discovering and seeing how all of this relates to the alchemical process.

In this episode I give a small visual and it relates to a very messy sharing of something I wrote, called the witch and the werewolf, of course.

Again, i am having to reverse engineer and research to explain my process, especially for things I have always just done.
