A Mediterranean-style diet with fish, veggies, and olive oil is skin-friendly. Sugar? Not so much.” 7. Menopause and skin 👉 “Estrogen drops mean drier, thinner skin. Every woman should moisturize more, use sunscreen daily, and treat skin gently.” 8. Collagen hype 👉 “Creams don’t work. Supplements may help a little. But retinoids and treatments like microneedling are the real collagen boosters.” And preventing collagen loss with sun protection. 9.
